Great Experience with Bolt Electric
Great experience with Bolt. Josh came out and did the quote for a sauna circuit install. Very knowledgeable and provided a range of options for us. When we approved the quote and scheduled the install, they were able to come get it done within a few days. Travis did the work, was very professional and knowledgeable, asked my opinion for orientation of our outdoor box before finalizing the install, and swept up the work area inside and out. Immediately after they left, I found an issue with a breaker on the panel, kitchen counter appliances not working. He immediately turned around and came back, did some troubleshooting and found a loose neutral from some poor workmanship in the breaker installs (from original construction of the home), it must’ve just pulled out from him working around the area. He quickly re-terminated the wire and we were back in business, didn’t charge us for the effort. I highly recommend them and will be calling them first for any future electrical services.
